Not one, but TWO Guarantees:

Our first guarantee is "Try It- You'll Like It". Purchase one canister of either SNAP2 or Phase2Gel. Try it. If you don't like it and intend to use it, let us know and we'll refund your money.

Our second guarantee is an ongoing "Quality Satisfaction" guarantee. If, for some reason, you receive defective, damaged or out-of-spec product, we'll happily and speedily replace it.

Fine Print: The "Try It-You'll Like It" Guarantee applies to first-time single canister orders. We assume that if you've purchased before, or if you've purchased 2 or more canisters, you've made a committment to the product. In those cases, we will replace the product if it is defective, damaged or out-of-spec as per our "Quality Satisfaction" Guarantee.

The "Quality Satisfaction" guarantee is good anytime. We do ask that you send a small sample of the defective product back to our offices for our quality control inspectors to evaluate and document.
